Our law firm sets itself apart by marketing to clients who are looking for a low-conflict collaborative divorce, with contested divorce cases being the exception at our firm. Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney adept at handling a large caseload of divorce cases where most clients are looking for out-of-court settlements. Our ideal candidate has a familiarity with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, and notices, and helping clients work toward a resolution. If you have a passion for mentorship, creative legal problem-solving, negotiation, and peaceful conflict resolution, our senior lawyer position might be right for you.
