Job Responsibilities:
- Provide valued-added consulting expertise on complex Absence and Productivity projects.
- Develop and manage project plans related to projects and SOWs aligned with client needs.
- Deliver high-quality deliverables on time, within budget, exceeding client expectations.
- Manage client expectations and raise appropriate concerns as needed.
- Cross-sell and cross-educate internal and external audiences with the Disability and Voluntary specialty groups.
- Act as lead on specific projects within the practice, such as maintaining a library of ToDL practice tools and compliance library.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of total related absence and disability experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships.
- Ability to manage time and establish effective prioritization of workload.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative skills, especially when developing client strategies for success.
- Experience with training clients and other stakeholders, able to speak to groups and in public.
- Ability to foresee broad client needs and assist them with prioritization of projects and associated timelines.
- Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word, Visio, and other office tools.
- Availability to travel, as-needed.
- Consulting experience directly related to absence management and time-off programs required.
