Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. A typical day will include:

  • Answering Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; making recommendations based on the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
  • Fulfilling requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
  • Contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
