**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Ministry Leader to join our team at Chino Valley Community Church. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth ministry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and increased impact of the Jr. High Ministry.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer leaders for all Jr. High Ministry events.
- Plan and oversee major ministry events such as summer camp, winter camp, VBS, sports camp, serve opportunities, evangelism opportunities, mission trips, etc.
- Collaborate with Family Ministry Pastor and Senior Pastor to ensure seamless integration of Jr. High Ministry initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in youth ministry (volunteer or paid) preferred.
- Experience in recruiting, training, planning, and delegating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Paid hourly rate: $50-$26 per hour.
