The Entitlements and Site Development Services Director is responsible for managing the technical aspects of site development in support of due diligence and entitlement efforts on properties acquired and / or under a purchase agreement by Erickson Senior Living (ESL) for the development of Continuing Care Retirement Communities(CCRC). Provide direction to outside consultants (land planners, engineers, landscape architects, attorneys), negotiate and work with local and state agencies to obtain governmental land use approvals and permits for Erickson to successfully design and construct CCRC’s on a nationwide basis. Work with internal development and design teams and corporate and community partners to implement Erickson’s CCRC program on these properties. Determine probability of rezoning approvals in consultation with the VP of Development, Entitlements based on political environment, historical performance and professional resources.

Compensation :
150000.00 - $180000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
Travel :
The position requires local and air travel of approximately up to 40-60%, depending on the location of properties
