We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Implementation Onboarding Specialist to join our Client Onboarding team. This role is vital in ensuring that new clients experience a seamless transition into our marketing services, including website builds, Google Ads (PPC), and Facebook Ads. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, helping clients connect necessary platforms and understand timelines. Responsibilities
- Guide clients through onboarding after purchase of marketing services.
- Host kickoff calls and email follow-ups to explain next steps and gather information.
- Set expectations and timelines for website launches and ad campaign activations.
- Collect and verify access for client: Domains (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap), Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads & Google Business Profile
- Provide clear instructions or light troubleshooting if clients encounter access issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams for any technical escalations.
- Track onboarding steps in ClickUp and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up regularly with clients to move projects forward efficiently.
- Handoff clients smoothly to fulfillment or ongoing support teams once setup is complete.
- Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Fulfillment, Account Management, and Support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and roadblocks.
- Provide insights to improve onboarding workflows and automation over time
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client onboarding, digital marketing project management, or marketing account coordination.
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and DNS/domain settings.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar CRM/project management tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
