We are open to interviewing candidates with entry level accounting skills. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with some overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities
As a Consulting Accounting Clerk, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Processing and recording transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry, financial calculations, and report generation.
- Collaborating with our consulting team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of improved accounting processes and systems.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Providing support in all areas of financial management as needed.
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Accounting Clerk position will possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving problems.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
