A well-established firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its Financial Services Department. The firm has adopted a hybrid workplace environment, and this position can be based in any of its U.S. offices. The Billing Specialist will manage all aspects of client account analysis and billing.

Job Details
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in legal billing within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with electronic third-party billing applications
Strong understanding of complex billing guidelines
Ability to analyze and track e-bills, including appeals for deductions and specialty legal billing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Expertise in legal billing software applications
Capacity to handle high-volume billing and navigate challenges professionally
Strong prioritization skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Candidates must be able and willing to work extended hours when necessary to meet client and firm deadlines.
