Responsibilities

As a Consulting Interim Finance Director, you will

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Lead and manage financial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other members of the consulting team to provide comprehensive business solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior finance team members.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Interim Finance Director role will have

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
