We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Business Analyst to join our technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success by utilizing your analytical skills, technological proficiency, and business acumen. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our technology projects forward, ensuring they meet the business needs and deliver value. You will work closely with the project stakeholders, IT teams, and other business units to gather requirements, create test cases, and provide solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define project objectives, scope, and business requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, including use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Develop, write, and manage the execution of test cases to ensure that business requirements and processes are correctly implemented in the final product.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements and add value to the organization.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between the business units and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with business strategies.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure best practices are incorporated into future projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, creating test cases, and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
