About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in a temp-to-perm capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounting experience and be proficient in QuickBooks, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries.
Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Utilize QuickBooks for transaction processing and reporting.
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist with audits and compliance reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Accounting Experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables is required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
