Base Pay Range

150,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney who is passionate about medical malpractice law and has a proven track record in defense litigation. The successful candidate will work on a variety of challenging and complex medical malpractice cases and will play a key role in shaping our defense strategies.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney or in a related role such as Associate Attorney, Defense Attorney, Insurance Defense Attorney, or Personal Injury Defense Attorney.

Extensive experience in litigation, specifically civil litigation, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.

Proven track record in managing a caseload effectively and meeting deadlines.

Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in settlement negotiations.

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex medical and legal information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
