Responsibilities
- Manage financial records for our car dealership, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management on ways to improve financial performance.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the car dealership industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
