Job Responsibilities
- Handle cost accounting tasks and related duties.
- Manage budgets, track project expenses, process invoices, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and maintain job cost accounting to ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate contract setup, billing, collections, lien releases, and NTOs.
- Administer payroll for field and office staff, including certified payroll reports.
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- 3 years of experience in construction accounting with job costing.
- Proficient in AIA billing, lien waivers, and NTOs.
- Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting and WIP reports.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information.
