Job Details

• M-F
• 8 hour shifts
• Immediate hire
• Responsible for processing invoices, reconciling discrepancies , preparing payments, maintain records, communicate and work with vendors, assist with audits.
• Minimum of 3 years as a AP specialist or in accounting
• Associates of Bachelors degree in Accounting a plus
• Proficiency in MS suites,
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work in a faster pace office.
