Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable including invoicing, payments, receipts, and credit.
• Process customer invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions and prepare monthly reports.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, providing excellent customer service.
• Process payments via checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Review and process purchase orders (PO) and manage rebates and collections.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for all tasks and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
