We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Energy industry. This role is for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our consulting team, manage office functions, and participate in special projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide administrative support to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
2. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
3. Organize and maintain the office filing system for easy data retrieval.
4. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for the consulting team.
6. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of office functions.
9. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Energy industry.
2. Proven experience with office management systems and procedures.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus.
