Position Overview The AP Specialist will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable. This includes data entry, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring the accuracy and documentation of the payments.

Position Overview The AP Specialist will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable. This includes data entry, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring the accuracy and documentation of the payments.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Review invoices and credit memos for appropriate documentation, accuracy, and authorization
- Work with the GL Accounts team to ensure appropriate coding e.g., expense, fixed assets etc.
- Perform invoice and general ledger entry, including account coding
- Format and import MS Excel and csv files to AP system for large invoice volumes
- Reconcile vendor statements weekly
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Audit and process expense reimbursements via the Concur Expense system
- Communicate with internal & external partners to obtain missing invoices, information or resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute accrual files
- Analyze and process invoices processed via third party suppliers
- Work on special/ad hoc projects as required
- Perform corporate card administration functions including issuance, cancellation etc.
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- High volume of manual entries with accuracy
- Strong Excel skills, in particular VLookups
- Understanding of GL accounting and basic principles e.g., expense, fixed asset coding etc.
- Previous experience with Coupa, SAP Concur and Oracle Fusion preferred
