- Process invoices received from suppliers across 3 divisions: Mass, NJ, and California. (Approximately 10 invoices/day)
- Perform 3-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
- Obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
- Enter bill information accurately into bill.com for automated payment processing.
- Conduct research to ensure items were received before processing payments, potentially involving revisiting purchase orders.
- Handle processing of manual checks as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Experience in a non-high-volume processing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of 3-way match principles.
- Proficiency with bill.com and Excel, including the use of formulas.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous, though not required.
