Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality application architecture solutions to meet business needs in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, software engineers, and data scientists to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize Azure Data Factory and Azure AKS to build, deploy, and manage applications.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications through cloud and data engineering strategies.
- Lead the design and development of data models and database architecture.
- Maintain and update application architecture documentation and standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into the company's operations and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application architecture and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application architecture, with a focus on cloud and data engineering.
- Proven experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure AKS.
- Extensive knowledge of application architecture principles, practices, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
