We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Architectural and Planning Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to bring a high level of creativity and strategic thinking to a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The role will involve working closely with our team to develop and implement architectural plans, conduct site planning, and manage permitting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

The role will involve working closely with our team to develop and implement architectural plans, conduct site planning, and manage permitting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed architectural plans using 3D modeling software and AutoCAD.
- Conduct comprehensive site planning, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and site utilization.
- Manage permitting processes, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure architectural plans align with financial goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on architectural design, construction methods, and potential cost savings.
- Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and ordinances to ensure compliance.
- Present architectural and planning concepts to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into work.
- Review consultant drawing sets and coordinate plans between design teams(s) and municipal authorities, civil, and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and planning,
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in site planning and permitting processes.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and incorporate it into architectural plans.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
