We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly talented Architectural Project Manager to join our well-established and growing team! This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual who's interested in being responsible for leading and managing the entire life-cycle of projects, from initial concept design to final completion.
Responsibilities
- Leading the architectural design process, from concept development through construction administration, for a diverse range of commercial and multifamily projects.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee the production of high-quality construction drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Manage the construction administration phase of projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scope of work. Ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met in accordance with project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project remains within financial constraints.
- A bachelor's degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial or multifamily projects.
- Proven experience in managing construction administration.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience in all phases of the design process, from concept development to final completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Licensure is required
