Job Details
- While reporting to the Executive Chef - Managing day-to-day culinary operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of new menu offerings, promotions, and events
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to achieve financial goals and effective cost control measures
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Experience with Resorts – multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience
- Certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in Resort multi outlet 6 or more restaurants experience needed
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
