Job Details
We’re looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with 2-6 years of experience in estate, tax, and business planning. This role involves drafting estate planning documents, handling trust administration, and advising on tax implications.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
Drafting estate planning documents, advanced irrevocable trusts, and prenuptial agreements
Handling estate and trust administration for high-net-worth clients
Advising clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters
Structuring business entities and preparing corporate formation documents, buy-sell agreements
Conducting legal research to provide strategic guidance on estate and tax laws
🔹 What You Bring to the Table
J.D. and admission to the Michigan Bar
2 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, or business planning
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex estate matters
A client-focused approach with the ability to provide highly personalized legal services
