Our firm is seeking a Permanent Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases, among others. Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of family law cases from initial client consultation to final case resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
- Stay updated on recent developments in family law and participate in ongoing legal education opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and firm efficiency.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in litigation, mediation, negotiation, and trial practice.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
