Family Law Attorney

Winthrop Law Offices is an established family law firm with over 20 years of experience in Florida and locations throughout the state. We are continuously growing and looking for an exceptional, fast family law attorney. You will be trained by the senior partner with 24 years of experience in family law, who will provide support on your cases. He developed a proprietary litigation system that allows our team of attorneys to work as efficiently as possible and win more cases with less stress.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Family Law Attorney practicing in Florida. Must currently be working in family law in Florida. You must be able to hit the ground running with a full family law caseload as some of your caseload will be high-end cases with experts, dv injunctions, etc. Attorneys who just graduated or do not have family law experience will not be considered.
• This is a full-time position with general office hours from 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
• Must currently live in the Greater Tampa Bay area. 
• Must be able to draft quickly and accurately. You will have a paralegal, but you need to be able to draft your own MSA’s, complex motions, etc.
• Attending court appearances, depos, evidentiary hearings, CMC’s, mediations, trials, etc.
• The candidate needs to be aggressive, proactive, used to independently moving your cases forward quickly, and able to clearly communicate with clients and to your paralegal/ legal assistant.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail, grammar, spelling, punctuation, computer, and negotiation skills.
