Represent clients in complex litigation matters, including insurance defense, business disputes, real estate litigation, and commercial transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients on various legal matters.
Manage case files, court filings, and discovery processes.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and dispute resolution proceedings.

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in Texas.
3-7 years of experience in litigation and Insurance Defense Matters.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
