Our client, a reputable AV Rated national firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Workers’ Compensation Department in the Atlanta office. All levels of experience will be considered and are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload independently, handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases
Conduct general discovery, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions
Collaborate with the team and contribute to the department’s overall success
Qualifications
Trial experience is a plus but not required
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
Minimum 1 years of experience in workers’ compensation (defense experience preferred)
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Enthusiastic, positive approach and a team player
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
