- Develop into doing either transactional estate administration or fiduciary litigation
- Manage a broad range of estate administration matters, ensuring seamless execution for clients.
- Conduct legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Virginia Bar (MD or DC is a plus)
- 2 years of recent experience experience in Estate Administration
- Ability to transition into transactional estate administration or fiduciary litigation
