Salary $120,000 - $160,000 per year

In this role, you will champion justice by managing complex discovery, depositions, and strategic litigation efforts on behalf of survivors and victims.

Job Details

• Handle discovery, law and motion practice, and depositions
• Develop litigation strategies for complex PI, wrongful death, and civil rights cases
• Collaborate closely with partners and support staff on all aspects of trial preparation
• Deliver compelling legal writing and analysis for motions and filings
• Interact with clients compassionately and professionally in sensitive situations
  
  

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active CA Bar license
• 3–7 years of experience in plaintiff-side PI or civil litigation
• Proven excellence in writing, research, and oral advocacy
• Experience with complex discovery and taking/defending depositions
