We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in New Hampshire and have a strong background in civil litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Manage client relationships and provide sound legal counsel.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining the ability to independently manage caseloads.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New Hampshire.
- 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
