Education CPA License required or in the process of obtaining
Experience Minimum 6 years in audit & assurance, focusing on privately held companies
Software Proficiency in CCH Engagement or similar audit software
Technical Skills Strong understanding of GAAP, audit, and review standards
Leadership Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and supervise staff
Communication Strong written and oral communication skills

- Conduct audits and reviews for privately held companies and nonprofits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, audit, and review standards
- Manage multiple client engagements, supervising and reviewing staff work
- Utilize paperless audit software such as CCH Engagement
- Provide value-added insights to clients beyond standard compliance
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to drive engagement success
