accounting services. In client assignments, the Audit Manager is involved in almost all the areas for which partners are responsible. This role exhibits technical proficiency and the
ability to supervise and complete engagements while serving as intermediaries between partners, clients, and senior accountants. The Audit Manager has a proven record of building
profitable and sustainable client relationships, and they have solid organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multi-task.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Review final drafts of financial statements, footnotes, and management letters.
- Assume responsibility for planning, supervising, and completing engagements.
- Review engagement work papers, resolve any problems, spot issues, and keep the partner
informed of all-important developments on engagements. - Prepare client billings and monitor realization on engagements.
- Analyze complex client transactions, recognizing and resolving potential or existing
problems with appropriate research and consulting. - Proven competence with accounting and research software.
- Assist with quality control and internal monitoring of attest engagements;
- Advanced understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS.
- Review and Prepare corporate income tax returns associated with our audit clients, with
the assistance of tax department as needed. - Maintain frequent contact with clients throughout the year to discover and disseminate
information on client developments that could affect the annual audit or review. - Ensure that all projects are thoroughly reviewed before they reach the partner and that all
applicable checklists and procedures have been followed. - Approaches responsibilities and the disposition of problems in a long-term profit-oriented
manner to help ensure the continued growth of the firm. - Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- Ensure effective utilization of staff through proper assignment and delegation of duties
and assess their performance. - Exhibit leadership qualities in attitude and conduct.
- Provide training to staff during job assignments and lead in-house training sessions.
- Establish a habit of accuracy and promptness in preparing administrative reports and of
compliance with the Firm's administrative procedures, i.e., timesheets, expense reports,
department meetings. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications and new regulations. - Approaches responsibilities and the disposition of problems in a long-term profit-oriented
manner to help ensure the continued growth of the firm.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Licensed CPA.
- BA in Accounting or MA in Taxation.
- Proven work experience as a Audit Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and quickly determine efficient solutions.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of CCH Products (CCH Axcess, Engagement, XCM, Client Portal, etc.).
Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Able to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, and handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignments.
- Ability to independently perform all the duties of the position efficiently and effectively.

Salary : $115,000 - $165,000
