This role offers a unique opportunity to leadand manage Building Automation projects from conception to completion. This position requires a high level oftechnical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectivelycommunicate with a diverse team of professionals. Job Details
Responsibilities : 1. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Building Automationprojects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to thehighest quality standards. 2. Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope,goals, and deliverables, estimating resources and timelines, and identifyingpotential risks and mitigation strategies. 3. Coordinate and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoringprogress, and providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clearcommunication and alignment on project objectives and progress. 5. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status, includingprogress against milestones, budget variances, and any issues or risks thatmay impact project completion. 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards, andimplement best practices in project management and controls systems. 7. Lead the testing, commissioning, and handover of control systems, ensuringthat all systems are fully functional and meet client requirements. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relatedfield. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus onBuilding Automation projects in the construction industry. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from startto finish, on time and within budget. 4. Strong technical knowledge of BAS, including design, installation, andcommissioning processes. 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire team members. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability toeffectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigatepotential risks. 8. Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology. 9.
