Job Details
Core Responsibilities
Support attorneys in large Chapter 11 restructurings and related matters
Manage case dockets, deadlines, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
Prepare and file key bankruptcy documents including petitions, motions, and applications
Assist with fee applications and compliance with U.S. Trustee guidelines
Handle conflicts checks and retention matters
Coordinate with local counsel on filings
Perform legal research using standard platforms
Support hearing preparation and discovery processes
Provide guidance to junior paralegals
Required Qualifications
10 years bankruptcy paralegal experience at a law firm
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
Deep knowledge of Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules, and Local Rules
Experience with PACER and claims agent systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience managing complex deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
