We are currently seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Bilingual HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a must for this role.

We are currently seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Bilingual HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining and enhancing our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Manage time and attendance software to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Experience with time and attendance management software.
- Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle and resolve conflicts.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
