We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our thriving marketing team. Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our business by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. Your duties will include
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of individual clients.
- Providing exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Leveraging your hospitality experience to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in digital marketing and B2B account growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
- Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
