We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our thriving marketing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to generate new business and foster existing relationships within the marketing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account growth, digital marketing, and new business development. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our business by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. Your duties will include

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of individual clients.
  • Providing exceptional client service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leveraging your hospitality experience to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in digital marketing and B2B account growth.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
