Key Responsibilities
- Purchase materials, supplies, and services to meet production demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
- Enter and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers on orders, shipments, and issue resolution.
- Analyze and convert MRP signals into purchase/production orders, adjusting for changes.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and inventory data.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to prioritize material needs and resolve procurement issues.
- Assist with data entry and reporting for procurement and inventory activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory principles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
