Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Defense Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney who is passionate about Insurance Defense and other General Civil Litigation Defense matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney
- Proven Litigation & Trial experience in Insurance Defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
- Proven track record in managing a caseload effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in settlement negotiations.
