Job Details
In this role, you will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Active admission to the California State Bar.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- 3 to 6 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in commercial litigation, products liability or employment law is strongly preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate well, show initiative, and thrive in a demanding environment.
