Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, from initiation to appeal.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to employment law, business law, and estate planning.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable resolutions for clients.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the highest level of client service.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in employment law, business law, civil litigation, and estate planning.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
