We are seeking an experienced Lateral Attorney to join our civil litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in litigation and a proven ability to handle complex matters. Responsibilities:
· Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation,
and trial.
· Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
· Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
· Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and support staff to achieve client objectives.
· Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
· Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
· Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
· A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.
