We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation and a strong interest in product liability matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation, from case evaluation through trial or settlement.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare discovery responses.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
- Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to cases.
- Work closely with expert witnesses, clients, and other stakeholders to build strong cases.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active MI License
- 2-8 years of experience in civil litigation, with exposure to product liability cases preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- A keen interest in product liability law and a desire to grow within this practice area
