- Hybrid-remote Work-from-home Mondays
- Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, managing cases from inception to resolution.
- Provide effective legal strategies and advice to clients.
- Maintain and build client relationships.
- Handle all aspects of case preparation and litigation, including motions, discovery, and trials.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular case updates.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure best practices and efficiency.
- JD and Virginia Bar License
- 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on commercial, contract or real estate litigation preferred.
- Experience in trial preparation
- Proven ability to manage a caseload from A to Z.
