We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and determined Civil Litigation / Defense Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for justice and a keen eye for detail to advance their career in the legal industry. Our firm specializes in civil litigation and defense, and we are renowned for our commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation. As an Associate Attorney, you will be a vital part of our team, providing legal services to our diverse clientele and helping us uphold our reputation for superior legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation and defense, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, deposition, negotiation, trial, and appeal.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Keep abreast of current legislation, court decisions, and industry trends that may impact our clients and their cases.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil litigation and defense.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
