Job Details

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or CPA certification is an asset.
• At least 8 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a proven track record in working with high-performing accounting teams.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry trends.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
