Job Details
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NC programs using Partmaker software to facilitate continuous production of machined parts
- Utilize knowledge of available CNC Swiss equipment and tooling to create the most efficient production process possible
- Create and control technical information Setup Sheets, Process plans, and Work instructions required to produce parts to exacting standards in a timely manner
- Identify and troubleshoot process problems to keep production flowing
- Collaborate with sales team to perform time studies to generate accurate cost estimates within part specifications
- Setup and perform first part run offs and coordinate with operators to understand machining operation and documents
