We are a full-service insurance agency with amazing client retention and offer remote flexibility (1-2 days to work from home) following training period.

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization in the Accounting and Finance industry. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a flair for upselling, account management, endorsements, audits, and insurance. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, you will be a key player in our team, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include

• Managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs and requirements are met.
• Utilizing your upselling skills to promote additional services and products to clients, thereby driving business growth.
• Handling endorsements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilizing your knowledge and experience in insurance to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service at all times.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve collective goals and targets.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, changes, and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the role of Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager should possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proven experience in upselling, endorsements, audits, and insurance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
• A strong understanding of commercial lines products and the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software and applications.
• A relevant degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
