The Construction Coordinator will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient construction projects.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Coordinator, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that are critical to the success of our organization. These include
- Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Reviewing and approving contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company.
- Coordinating with various departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
- Managing the billing process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and paid on time.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and risks associated with construction projects and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Providing regular updates to the management team on the progress of construction projects.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to construction projects.
The ideal candidate for the Construction Coordinator role will have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract review and billing processes.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
