We are seeking a dynamic Construction Coordinator for our rapidly expanding organization. The Construction Coordinator will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient construction projects.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Coordinator, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that are critical to the success of our organization. These include

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Reviewing and approving contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are in the best interest of the company.
• Coordinating with various departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
• Managing the billing process, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and paid on time.
• Proactively identifying potential issues and risks associated with construction projects and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Providing regular updates to the management team on the progress of construction projects.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Construction Coordinator role will have the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract review and billing processes.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools.
