Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Based in the Southeast, we aim to enhance the quality of multifamily housing throughout the country through real estate development, construction and property management. We have developed over $2.9 billion worth of real estate. Our property management branch has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US for three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list. We are building out a construction division that can operate as the GC for our projects.

Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
- 5 years’ experience in Construction Field superintendent
- Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
- Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of North Carolina
